What happens to existing H4 EADs when EAD is rescinded

What happens to existing H4 EADs when EAD is rescinded per the new proposed rule?

Would the work permits become invalid immediately? Meaning anyone working on  H4 EAD has to stop working and/or close their business?

or

Are they going to be valid through their expiration date with (obviously) no chance for renewal?
