Moving back to Previous employer while H1B Transfer is in Process

Hi Friends,

Recently i moved from Employer A to Employer B in Oct 17.

My H1 Transfer initiated in Sep 17. Now I received RFE on my transfer. 

1. Can I join my previous employer A leaving Employer B who is paying me from last 3 months ? 

2.  If i continue with my current Employer B, What will happen to me if my H1 Transfer gets rejected?

3. My Family is in India, It is almost 2 months now. When can i get them back here ?

The previous employer was required by law to inform USCIS that you no longer work there.

If they want to hire you back, they would have to file (and pay for) a new H1 as transfer.
