H1b transfer denied - Need urgent help

I have recently tried to transfer my H1b visa from employer A to employer B. The transfer got a RFE (regarding job responsibilities) and then got denied. I haven't resigned at employer A and he is not aware of the transfer to employer B. I have valid visa with employer A till 2020 ( not revoked). I have a few questions around this. Can I still continue working with employer A? Do I need to inform him about the transfer denial? Do I need to go to India and come back?

I think you can continue with Employer A as long as its valid and not revoked. What time did it took for the transfer to get denied? What was the reason from denial?
