SR236
I have recently tried to transfer my H1b visa from employer A to employer B. The transfer got a RFE (regarding job responsibilities) and then got denied. I haven't resigned at employer A and he is not aware of the transfer to employer B. I have valid visa with employer A till 2020 ( not revoked). I have a few questions around this. Can I still continue working with employer A? Do I need to inform him about the transfer denial? Do I need to go to India and come back? Link to comment
pontevecchio
Yes, you can continue. No, you do not have to inform him. No, you do not have to leave and return. Link to comment
VVKUS
I think you can continue with Employer A as long as its valid and not revoked. What time did it took for the transfer to get denied? What was the reason from denial? Link to comment
