EB2 to EB1

I am looking for some information and advice on the possibility of EB1 processing by Current Employer.

 

I was with Company A in India for 4 year  and then moved to US on h1b on 2013. I worked as a Manager( employees reporting to me)  at both India and USA till 2014.  Since company A did not sponsor GC for me even though I was eligible for EB1, I moved out of company A to company B after I got company B to sponsor my H1B (in 2015).

Now I have been Company B for 2 year now. My GC was also filed earlier this year in EB2.  Got I140 approved too.

Company A recently changed policy and are allowing EB1 filing for their employees again. My question is am I still eligible for EB1 ?

 Can my current company B apply for EB1 on basis for all eligible criteria ?  

I am meeting all requirement for Eb1 through my company B except 1 year as an international Manager.  This criteria  i am getting eligible through my previous company A.

 Anyone has had this experience?
