The employer will be responding to this in some time. I would like to know -- How much time do we have for sending response to this RFE after we received in mail the details of RFE . I have read online we have 2 months of time to respond to an RFE. Does this time differ if an application is filed in premium? Any help is really appreciated. Link to comment

Usually how much time will we have to respond back to an RFE. Does it needs to be responded with in a month or so?. Link to comment
