NitinG Posted December 22, 2017 Report Share Posted December 22, 2017 Hi, I applied for my wife's EAD and it got approved in Sept 2017 and in status it was said that it is mailed Sep 11 but no tracking was provided. I have't received the card and then waited for 1 month as per website and then opened a Service Request online where got no help till now. Do i have to file it again? and again fees will be applied or fees can be waived because it is USCIS fault that they not provided Tracking hence I was unable to track it.
