H1 Stamping Hyd India- Visa Expired 2013 - 7th Year on H1 - I140 Approved

Hi All -

I have a H1B visa stamping interview on 2nd week of January 2018 at Hyderabad. Hearing so many incidents these days, so i just want to take your advise/suggestions before i fly. Here is my details -

• Im currently on 7th Year with H1.
• My last visit to India was on 2012, its been more than 5 years.
• My Last H1 Visa stamping expired on January 2013 with Employer A.
• Changed to new Employer B on July 2013.
• I-140 got Approved early this year with Employer B.
• Current I-797 will be expired on 2019 with same Employer B.
• Working as a Consultant with one of the direct vendor to Client.
• Vendor letter is vailable.
• End Client letter is available.

Could you please let me know what could be the challanges/issues/queries that i may get when i go for stamping in India..? Please help.

I dont see any issues with your case. Just make sure you carry all the documents from your first job including a copy of your latest resume.
