L1 Visa employment termination

Hello,

   I am planning to quit my job with a 1 month notice on L1 visa. I am afraid if my employer might terminate employment before

1 month is over. In that case, do I run out of status immediately ? Would there be an issue if it is a couple of weeks before I can

pack my stuff and leave ?

Realistically 2-3 weeks makes no difference. Make sure you are ready to leave and then give notice.
