My I797 got approved and Dependent application got returned as the form version filled was old. It was applied again and now the USICS status shows denied. we are yet to receive the denial notice. I have send my wife back to India immediately and booked Visa Stamping through Drop Box. Is there will be any issue with my and my dependent Visa stamping due to I539 denial? Link to comment

She can come back using visa stamp and your new I-797. Link to comment
