h1 extension normal processing

My employer applied h1 in normal processing.

I got my receipt number on August 1 2017 for my H1, still it’s not approved. How many more days I can stay in US still my H1 get approved.

Ay idea how many months will it take to get H1 approved in normal processing

it will take forever....upgrade to premium

you can continue to work for 240 days after your current expiry date. 

if you did not get decision with in 240 days you can stay in US while waiting for decision but you cannot work. 

while i am not an attorney, this is what my attorney told me.
