In my opinion, there is no restriction as such. if and when there is a restriction, you are notified so and recommended to provide the findings of "Credentialing Services" which evaluates your Skills for the Job you are petitioning for. Very scarce % to even be worried. There is a higher due diligence required from the employer that you are trying to join and who is trying to acquire your skills as they would need to justify so on their LCA first and then in the H1B petition. Most law firms are equipped with such scenarios. All the best ! Link to comment
