H4 visa stamping with Domestic violence case dismissed

Hello Everyone!

 

I have not traveled out of USA for 10 yrs and had DV case dismissed 7 years ago. Now I plan to travel and get stamped in Hyderabad. What are my chances of successful H4 visa  stamping in Canada or India.  Please share your experiences  the documents to carry! Will there be AP, if so how long I have to wait in Canada. Looking at AP waiting time its better in India!
