Gap between the jobs is more than 60 days

Hi,

I am in situation where my H1 B transfer is approved to join for the new employer and the date is mentioned as January 16th 2018 in I-797. From current employer my last date is November 15th. My I-94 is still valid for January 2020. 

1. The gap between the employers is 61 days, Will it be any problem as I am crossing 60 days rule. Please let me know.

If you have an I94 for the new job, you are fine.

I missed some information, to be more specific. My previous petition I94 is valid till April 2018 and my present I94 with the new employer starts from 16th january 2018. 

1. Will my present I 94 get invalid if the H1 B petition is revoked?
