H4 to F1 visa COS successful F1 visa stamping due

Hello,

My spouse had changed her immigration status from H4 to F1 a year back and has since attended two semesters at school. This is her second Masters but the specialization is not in the same field. We are evaluating on visiting India, which will require my spouse to get her F1 visa stamped. It will be very helpful if someone who has a recent experience of H4->F1 experience could share the same !

Also, based on above description, please share care about that we should think of as well as responses to questions like Why do need F1 visa etc.

It mostly depends on the quality of the school.

If it is a well-known public university, it should be fine.

Yes, her's is a reputed school though, it is not in the same city as I live in.I guess that should not matter.

@hanumansoa567 It took approximately 4 weeks for COS from H4 -> F1. Have you applied recently or are planning to apply ?
