Hello Sir / Madam,

My wife is from India and she has received BSN education there. She had completed RN licensure for Iowa State and also holding Visa Screen certificate. She recently completed masters in Nurse Practitioner program and working as Practitioner with the benefits of H-4 EAD. Do you think she can apply for immigration petition for registered Nurses category?

Thanks and Regards

Christo

Based on what you describe it is likely she would qualify under the schedule A category. However, to know for sure we would need to review her detailed job duties and education. Feel free to schedule a consult with one of our attorneys to discuss this in more detail.
