Wrong Job Duties

I am an Unix Admin. My employer filed my H1 for Software Tester by mistake. They continued the same while extension. Now I have got RFE. What Job Duties should I mention to respond to RFE?

Also, what is the way out to get the profile fixed?

Can Profile be changed while changing the Employer?

Are you sure it is a mistake? The salary for a QA person is probably lower than for a Unix admin...

It is not quite believable that nobody caught that, not even after 3 years when the extension was filed. That defies common sense.

And the employer had to give you a copy of the LCA. You didn't check that, either?

Does the employer have a lawyer? If not, they should get one. This could be serious.
