Employer Change within 180 days of I140 Approved

I am on H-1B Final year left 2 months.
My labor approved and I-140 Premium In Progress.
I have pressure from my client to covert FT with in 3 months of extension.
My wife had I-140 approved more than 180 days.

Now i am struggling to take direction., Please advise.

    - Should I convert to H4 EAD ?
    - Wait until 180 days to take FT ?
    - What happen if my I-140 Approved and transferred h1 to client  using approved I-140 and if current employer cancelled I-140 within 180 days Will it effect my new h1-b ?
