Samsur Posted December 12, 2017 Report Share Posted December 12, 2017 Hi, I have approved I140 with my previous employer, If I change to new employer I know that I will get 3 years of extension, but the question here is can I keep getting extensions based on previous employer I-140, if the previous employer do not revoke it, coz I am not sure if new employer will file my GC.
