daya15 Posted November 23, 2017 Report Posted November 23, 2017 I am currently working with company A and my H1 petition with company A is still in pending and I have got the company B H1 petition approved. As the company B petition is a bridge petition I cannot move to company B untill I get company A petition approval so I am going for visa stamping on company B petition. My last day with company A is December 1st and I am travelling on December 2nd and my visa stamping date is December 8th. So can you please help me with my following question. 1. In ds160, for present work section, what should I mention? Whether to enter company B details or in the primary occupation should I just say unemployed and give explanation? Because my joining date on offer letter with company B is on December 18th.
