prabhu86 Posted November 21, 2017 Report Posted November 21, 2017 They (my wife and son) are out of USA since 2012 due to a family situation. I am still working here with valid EAD. I want to bring them here. I applied their I-131 and I-765 , but the bio-metric appointment given within USA which they can not attend. I have no idea what to do now. Please help me if you have any clue to handle this situation. Their EAD and AP expired since 2013.
