Sheetal Koparde Posted November 21, 2017 Report Posted November 21, 2017 Currently on H1. Will Max out in Feb 2019. I have been laid off by my current company (cost cutting). My Green card was applied in 2017 and the company's lawyer was supposed to file our I140 this month but before that I got ,y termination letter. Because of my good rapport with my company, they extended my employment for a month. Can the company still continue our GC processing and file our I140 with the intent of future hire in my situation? If yes, how can we hire you for further consult and to help us in the process.
pontevecchio Posted November 21, 2017 Report Posted November 21, 2017 Contact details of the Murthy firm are on the website. As regards the I-140, you would have to ask the company before spending money on a lawyer as to what their intentions are.
