Lost i797 and applied i824 for duplicates

I lost my i797 extension original with i94 at bottom and applied i824 to get duplicate. Pls let me know if duplicate I get will have i94 at bottom .

well, duplicate means a copy of your original I797. If your old one had an I94 at the bottom, then the new one should also have that. Please talk to your attorney as well.
