I140 RFE

Hi,

I got an RFE on my I140. the application is for the position of senior medical informaticist. my lawyer says that DOL do not have a category for the said occupation and due to new administration may rfe are being issues.

Lawyer mentioned that my clinical experience form india needs to include more technical stuff. I am not sure what is going on and what is happening?

I am attaching the rfe request for review.

Please advice what needs to be done.

My H1b expires on Jan 19th 2018 and rfe response date is Dec 21st 2017

Secondly - can i simultaneously file for an EB3 perm while i am working on the RFE or it is recommended to wait for the RFE response.

I know i do not have time on my status.

any advice would be very helpful.
