Urgent Premium processing travelling on 11/23

My H1 B amendment was filed PP @ CSC on 11/13 today is the 9th calendar day , My attorneys have not received any information until now apart from the receipt number USCIS shows "Case Was Received and A Receipt Notice Was Emailed" 
I am bound to travel on 11/23 and my attorneys have agreed to send me the papers back to India but they are stating i would need to cancel my tickets if they don't get approval before 11/23 

This is a case of amendment where i was promoted , i do have a petition approved until 2018 

Question :- 

Can i travel and mention during stamping and there is an amendment in progress and state the receipt number also take the approved I 797 copy (previous one) 

What happens if there is a RFE 

As its a premium service can my attorneys call the service center before it is 15 days and ask for faster resolution ..if you know of any instance

What's your current I-797 validity?

Many petitions get approved on the last day too. Keep in mind about ThanksGiving holidays.

Also, all these are based on the assumption that it is getting approved. You will be in trouble if you are in India and your petition doesn't get approved.
