H1B RFE Responded with different Client

I received RFE(Proof of employee and employer relationship and Level1 Wage) on my H1B petition. I joined another client after I received the RFE and responded to USCIS with new client letter. Since my new client is also in the same vicinity as my prior client, my employer responded to RFE with new client info on same LCA. 

I would like to know the chances of getting my H1B approved..

Is this a first-time H1?

The client can't change for a first-time H1, because that means that the original H1 filing is no longer valid. So, this likely will end up as denial.
