H1B extension and portability

Hi,

let me explain my scenario first. 

I was working with employer A and my First H1B was issued till 08/17 and my I94 expiration date was 08/17. Employer A has applied for extension in 06/17. Got an RFE for the extension in 10/17. Rfe was wage level LCA requirement as it was applied in level 1. Employer A has also applied for my green card and my I140 is approved in 01/17.

In the meantime I got a job offer from employer B and they applied for my H1b in 10/17. I joined employer B on the receipt in 11/17. Got an RFE for employer B application as well in 11/17. RFE was for Maintenance of status and feild of study (I.e I am a EE grad and the job is computer programmer). 

Please advice what are the possible scenarios I am looking at?
