60 Day Grace Period with Approved i140

Hi,

I have an approved i140, my i797 is going to expire on Nov 23, 2017. My i94 is also expiring on the same day.

Will i be allowed to stay in the US for a grace period after Nov 23?

If i can stay, how long can I stay for?

Do i need to do anything before Nov 23 to stay here?
