Visa Interview Question in Canada

Hi All,

I am an indian Citizen and a Permanent Resident in Canada residing in Toronto. Recently i got a job offer from US and the employer issued a H1B visa for myself.

 

Now i am trying to book an appointment for Visa Stamping. It looks like Toronto Consulate,  the appointment wait time is high. 

 

Am i flexible to book any US Consulates in Canada ( say Halifax or Ottawa ) for Visa stamping  ?

Yes, you should be able to apply any consulate inside Canada. Please call the visa helpdesk in canada to confirm. My consulate is Chennai, but last time i couldnt find a slot there. Called the travel desk and they told me i can apply in any consulate in India.
