AMAN_12 Posted November 16, 2017 Report Posted November 16, 2017 My H1B Petition extension is approved in April,2017 with wage level 1. Now I am planning to go to India for VISA stamping. Is wage level 1 make any issue while going for stamping because of new rules around wage level 1?
