H1B drop box eligiblity and ds 160 form

Hi, 

I have a stamped visa valid till 30 Dec 2018 with previous employer company A. 

I am currently working in company B (current visa valid till 9 Jan 2017 and it is not stamped in passport) and my last working date with company B is 24 dec 2017. Also i got new offer from company C and my H1B transfer to company C is also done and my new visa start and expiry dates are 04-Dec-2017 to 03 dec 2017. And i will be joining to company C on dec 26. 

I have a plan to go to india between Nov 22 to dec 24 and I would like to go for visa stamping on my new employer company C. Now i have few questions.

1)  Am i eligible for drop box as my stamped visa (previous employer) in passport is valid and current employer visa is also valid.

2) while filling my ds 160 for new visa stamping on my new employer - Company c , what should i enter in current employer details. Is it my current employer company B details or my new employer company C details. 

My confusion is that i have not started working for company C but i want to go for visa stamping on company C while i am currently working in Company B. Please advise.

You need to consult with the attorney for company C. I dont see any problem with you stamping with the I797 for company C. You need to take all your other I-797's and paystubs from your previous employer (since you dont have paystubs for company C). 

Make sure you ask attorney and clarify your questions.

Also let me know is it mandatory for me to go for stamping. I have visa stamped on my passport with expiry date as 3- Dec 2018. My new visa on new employer is valid from 4 Dec 2017 to 3 Dec 2020. Please advise.

You dont need to go for stamping. Carry your latest I797 and show that at the Port of entry

i would enter the details for company C here, since you are taking their I797 for stamping.
