Stay out of Country on valid H1 B Visa

Hello All 

I am currently holding an H1 visa and might need to travel India on my company work and an project we are implementing in INDIA next year. 

So I was wondering if there is any limit of days we can stay in India while you have your valid H1 Visa ?I was thinking max of 60 days? is this true ? 

If more than 60 days , are there any immigration issues ?
