H1B - Change of employer

Working with the same parent company but moved to a different subsidiary (different legal entity) as a result of which needed to do a change of employer for a new I-797. Passport stamped with old I-797 back in Dec (2016) with an end date of Nov 2019 but new I-797 approved with a different end date of March 2020 (3 years from when new I-797 approved). Could the different dates on the visa in the passport and new I-797 cause potential travel issues?
