H1B Transfer to Company C when Company B Transfer is in RFE state

Hi ,

1. I  joined employer B 10 days after 194 expiry. and now got RFE for that H1B Transfer
2. Now i have 20 days left to respond to my RFE in this time can i do a transfer to employer C. 
 if B's RFE goes to denied state will it impact my approval of C's petition
if B's goes to denied will i be out of status from the date of I94 expiry till date or the C's petition date .
will that out of status create any risk for me when i go for stamping in consulate assuming C's petition is approved

if C's get approved but B's got denied can i still continue working.
