Lasko Posted November 10, 2017 Report Posted November 10, 2017 Me and my Wife both working on H1 and I got 1-140 approval and I got my h1 extension in a couple of days without any issues for 3 years, My wife wants to take break next 6 months, employer is ok to take childcare break, her H1 is expiring 2018, No i am thinking to convert her h1 to h4 EA simultaneously I can apply for H4EAD. We are planning to go India next Mar-18 time, I heard stories H1 to H4 COS getting delayed if she gets delayed her COS from H1 to H4, is it going to impact on India trip, but she still having valid h1. Thanks.
