Till now checks are not cleared or I haven't got the receipt number. Its premium processing. I am worried why its taking this long to clear checks...Any idea ??? My previous H1B expired on 20th Sept....Will I be still legal to work ?? anyone faced same situation???? Thanks Neelima Link to comment
kashyap1980 Posted September 22, 2011 Report Share Posted September 22, 2011 I applied for Premium Processing and the status on USCIS site shows as " Acceptance" since Sept 14th. Its 1 week now and the status has not yet changed. My visa expires on Sept 28th. Any help whom do I contact for this issue? Thanks, Kashyap Link to comment

USCIS Vermont received the fedex mail on Sept 16 2011,Buti have not yet received the Receipt number,currently i have the FedEx receipt number,My new employer is asking me to give notice ( 2 Weeks)to my current employer based on this fedex receipt,saying client can not wait for long time.So please some body suggest me,Can i give notice to my current employer?
