H1B Premium Processing Vermont

Hi,

I applied for my h1B extension and transfer. My packet received on Sept9th. Till now checks are not cleared or I haven't got the receipt number. Its premium processing. I am worried why its taking this long to clear checks...Any idea ???

My previous H1B expired on 20th Sept....Will I be still legal to work ??

anyone faced same situation????

I applied for Premium Processing and the status on USCIS site shows as " Acceptance" since Sept 14th. Its 1 week now and the status has not yet changed. My visa expires on Sept 28th. Any help whom do I contact for this issue?

Same situation here.I have applied for H1B transfer through premium processing. USCIS Vermont received the fedex mail on Sept 16 2011,Buti have not yet received the Receipt number,currently i have the FedEx receipt number,My new employer is asking me to give notice ( 2 Weeks)to my current employer based on this fedex receipt,saying client can not wait for long time.So please some body suggest me,Can i give notice to my current employer?
