rohitsrini Posted November 8, 2017 Report Posted November 8, 2017 I had a DUI in Belmont California in November 2011. I did everything that I am supposed to do and got the case expunged. This is the only DUI I have ever had and I have not been drinking since then. I am on H1 Visa. Anyone else in the same situation? Anyone talked to their immigration attorney for possible problems that could happen because of the current scenario in the country?
