Shrey Posted November 7, 2017 Report Posted November 7, 2017 Hi, I am in the middle of changing jobs and I have my H1B approved. However my new employer did not file for H4 simultaneously along my H1. They are doing it now. However the catch is that my old employer very recently filed for change of status for my wife who was on H1. Would my wife be out of status because of the pending status?
