Hi, 

Very first  time applied H1-B through consultancy!!!!

Can some one suggest me initially I got RFE after that we submitted the relevant documents now the status changed to 
"Decision Notice Mailed" 
On November 3, 2017, we denied your Form I-129, Petition for a Nonimmigrant Worker, Receipt Number EACXXXXXXX
We mailed you a decision notice that explains why we denied your case and your options. Please follow the instructions in the notice. If you do not receive your denial notice by November 18, 2017, please go to.......

Note :- In general if we respond the RFE the status needs to be change to "Response To USCIS' Request For Evidence Was Received" but it is directly "Decision Notice Mailed"  for denied

My employer told level 1wages 

I have provided company offer letter and degree certificate

Find a full time employer not a shady consulting firm. If not you will see the same response from USCIS

I also got denied on the same date but waiting for a reason.

Hi all,

I got the exact denial reason "Specialty occupation"  the exact reason may I know what is possibility and chances of MTR.

can someone guide me how long will this process takes
