H1B transfer while current employer petition is still pending

Hi Everyone,

I have an approved I-140 .Currently I am with an Employer "A" filed for an Extension petition is pending USCIS decision .

What are the Options for me to change to a  different Employer "B" ?

1.Do I have to wait for the Employer A petition response for extension and then Employer "B" files for a change of Employer ?

2.Employer "B" has to file a new petition for the job he offered ?

Please let me know your suggestions.
