H1 transfer is in-process and project closed

I worked for the company A and moved to company B after applying(without approval) the h1 transfer. Company A revoked the h1b and company B project is closed. then  i am planing to move to h4( my wife is on h1b), so after getting the job can I move back to h1 using in-progress h1 petition.

Please provide me your valuable thoughts.

When you find a new job/new employer who ready to file H1B, they can use the approved petition from Company A( which is now withdrawn) to file a camp-exempt petition.

Ideally company B would  request the USCIS to withdraw their H1b petition after you move out of the job or terminated.
