H4 Visa : Stamping and Travel Questions

Hi Experts,

I moved from Employer A to B on March,2017.

My Current visa with employer B is ending by Feb/2018.(Meanwhile i went to India on Aug for seeing my new born kid and stamped with B). 

Ques:

1. Whether i can use my existing I797 for my kid with employer B and ask them to go for stamping?

2.My spouse holds H4 stamped visa from employer A which is valid till Dec 2018. Whether she has to go for stamping for employer B?

3. Whether there would be any issues in POE for them if they have different employers name in H4 visa ?
