rommy
Hi All, Recently I crossed the border and got the new I 94 for me and my wife however while crossing the border , we faced 1 situation where officer kept our original 797B and 539 documents. I asked to return and he said I do not need them as VISA in our passports are good enough to travel or any other purpose in US. Now I am wondering , what to do next ? In a past they always returned my original approval notices. Thanks Link to comment
bobvisa
really ?? thats weird .. You always should take your original 797 copy back .. may be call CBP at the airport and double check again Link to comment
