Already took an appointment in india for family but can i take another appointment in mexico

HI i already took an appintment for my H1b visa stamping in india on nov 23 and i am on EVVC model,not confident if i may face 221g though i have all the required documents so planning to go maexico/canada.should i cancel that existing appointment and make a new appointment ?as i cant reshedule or use same because my family is in india.i am alone planning to mexico/canada.

You can go to Mexico for renewal. No issues. For Mexico the website is different.
