H1B Transfer approval chances,while my current Extension is on RFE

My H1B visa expired on June 2017 and my current employer filed an extension before the expiry of h1B. But it went to a RFE. And the last date for replying the RFE is December 30^th, 2017. But my current project situation is it will be coming to an end by November 30^th, 2017.

Question 1 : If new employer files a H1B Transfer what are the chances of getting approved while my current one is in RFE ?

Question 2 : What is the total number of days one will have after filling the extension ,  Ie from June my Visa expired to if my new H1B Transfer goes to a RFE ?
