H1B - Port of Entry after long term stay in India

Hi ,

I am on H1B and have a stamped visa valid till Oct 2019 . Been in US since last 10 years (last 7 on H1B - I140 approved) & have US Masters degree . 

Issue is that I have been India since last 9 months .. Initially  the stay was for 1 month (vacation) but later my dad's health deteriorated and even i had my own health issue (2 Ear surgeries etc) so my stay got extended due to medical reasons.

My company has been supportive and they gave me leave on medical grounds & kept H1B active (not revoked).

I am worried if there can be any issues at the Port Of Entry due to this long stay .I have medical records (most of it) etc with me 

Please let me know if this can create issues and i am really worried.
