Stamping in December in India

Am planning to go to India in December and also get my H1 stamping done. when I spoke to my employer he said i would be a risk to go to India in December-Jan- feb duration for stamping as most of them get 221G which would take more time to clear and time return back to US.  I cannot miss going to India in December. Can someone confirm me about the additional RFE/221G and is it safe to go to India in December.

I have never heard this before. So your employer has stats which tells him that 221G is seasonal and he/she sees a peak in the winter season? Any other time is good to visit? 

In my opinion, if you have to get a 221G, you are going to get it no matter what time of the year it is. Enjoy your vacation in December.

Not sure who your Lawyer is, sounds complete BS to me. 

221 G is not seasonal and does not depend on weather conditions, work load, mood, looks lol.

This is not true. sometimes there could be delay in processing or difficulty in getting appointment during peak season, especially when students seek f-1 visa.
