kalpesh24 Posted November 3, 2017 Report Posted November 3, 2017 My h1b renewal is recently approved before scrutinity order and i am going for visa stamping in vancouver, canada soon. is it possible due to this order , will be I get more scrutinized at consulate ? . What does more scrutiny means ? will they check all past history of employment ? Do i need to carry all previous employment LCA + paystubs ?

It is probably best to prepare for the interview by speaking with your H1B attorney. Otherwise, you can call our office to speak to one of our attorneys.
