This week, Murthy Law Firm attorneys will answer questions regarding the increased scrutiny by the USCIS of petitions and applications for immigration benefits.

My h1b renewal is recently approved before scrutinity order and i am going for visa stamping in vancouver, canada soon. is it possible due to this order ,  will be I get more scrutinized at consulate ? . What does more scrutiny means ? will they check all past history of employment ? Do i need to carry all previous employment LCA + paystubs ?

It is probably best to prepare for the interview by speaking with your H1B attorney. Otherwise, you can call our office to speak to one of our attorneys.
