umesuma Posted November 2, 2017 Report Posted November 2, 2017 My visa has been approved. Found mismatch in the employee levels in LCA (was filed last year) and current level(promoted this year). Will it impact my travel? Also with this stamping have never travelled to USA. Is it possible to get h1 transfer to company B who is in USA? Is pay slip Mandatory?
