Here are some timelines:
On 10/31/2016, I quit from company A and looking for new jobs, Company A never told USCIS to revoke my visa, not even after I got offer from company B
On 2/14/2017, I re-entered the US with new H1B visa and started work for company B...
On 2/28/2017, I quit my job without another job offer, I was unemployed and stayed in the US and looking for new jobs.
On 5/3/2017, I got notice from USCIS stating that:" on May 3, 2017, we revoked the approval of your case...",
On 7/8/2017, I left the US. But my Visa stamp and my I-94 are still valid now.

My question is, how long that I have been out of status? I know that we have 60 days Grace Period now.  Did the revocation of my H1B visa put me into Unlawful Presence or Overstay? Now I am trying to enter the US by applying H4(my wife just got H1B approved), what are my chances of getting the H4 visa? My Visa stamp and my I-94 are still valid now.

Thank you very much for your inputs!
