buzzme123 Posted November 2, 2017 Report Posted November 2, 2017 Can someone please help how and what to respond to below RFE requests. 1) Job postings or advertisement showing a degree requirement is common to the industry in parallel among similar organizations. 2) Letters from industry related professional association indicating that they have made a bachelors degree or a higher in a specific specialty a requirement for entry into the field.
NotAnAttorney Posted November 2, 2017 Report Posted November 2, 2017 These doen't seem to be complicated. Your attorney should be well aware of what responses he needs to send for these questions.

I think my attorney made a mistake filing my case in Wage-1, they should have filed in Wage-2. Now the situation is, how to handle this RFE. I have been working for 10 years with vivid experiences. I still don't know why they filed for Wage-level-1? What options do I have now? Please respond.
